If you are organizing an event on campus, we'd love to share pictures/videos from your event on our social media channel. We will assign someone from our team to partially/fully cover your event, depending on our availability. At your request, we will also make the original files of the pictures posted to you. Please communicate this to our team member in your correspondence. After you submit the form, please allow us 5 working days to get back to you.
To help us plan and cover your event effectively, we ask for your cooperation by submitting the form at least 2 weeks before the event.
IMPORTANT: Certain events may not be aligned to our social media strategy, therefore these events would not be eligible for social media coverage. Decision on event coverage will be made at our discretion and communicated to you via email. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
