To structure text in sections like in a word processor, lines beginning with "h1. ", "h2. ", ... are considered header lines.

The macro "{toc}" renders a table of content of the header lines.

See the notation "full guide" for various options of the "{toc}" macro.

There must be no white space in front of "h1." etc.

For example, the following text is used as input:

 {toc}

 h1. Large Heading

 Some important text.

 h2. Not so large a Heading

 Not so important text.

 h2. Even more Heading

 Other text.

Renders to:

Large Heading

Some important text.

Not so large a Heading

Not so important text.

Even more Heading

Other text.
