Outlook 2003 clients using "Exchange connector" to the email server currently have connection issues regarding access to other user's calendar.
A workaround is to add the other user's mailbox to one's own mailbox view via "Tools" menue.
Please contact Service Desk for Faculty and Staff if you need assistance or to discuss upgrade options to a more current Outlook version.
