Employees of Jacobs University are eligible to access E-Learning courses online at These courses are meant to help to make best use of Microsoft technologies. At the time of writing this, hundreds of courses are available, covering use of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows, and other Microsoft products!

Program Registration

To gain initial access to the Microsoft E-Learning courses, please follow the steps below:

  1. Browse to
  2. Login with your campusnet username and password. The username format to use in the "Sign in" form is
  3. Use one of the Microsoft E-Learning Program Codes for Jacobs employees (requires employee login to teamwork) as "Subscription or Access Code" and get access to courses.
  4. Add your email address in the "Sign in" form
  5. You can add additional Microsoft E-Learning Program Codes for Jacobs employees in your profile to get access to more courses.

Course Access

To access your course at any time, please follow these steps:

  1. Use your Microsoft account to login at
  2. Browse courses.
  3. Select one and start learning.

      "NEW! Software Assurance eLearning is being replaced with Microsoft Learn. Beginning November 1, 2018 the current E-Learning Software Assurance benefit and associated platform are being retired, and access to current courses, transcripts, completion certificates and administrative tools residing on those sites will be unavailable. Microsoft Learn is a free, interactive, quick, and fun way to learn Microsoft products and services! Microsoft Learn helps you quickly learn new skills with step-by-step interactive tutorials including videos and hands-on learning.
