Employees of Jacobs University are eligible to access E-Learning courses online at Microsoft.com. These courses are meant to help our members to make best use of Microsoft technologies. At the time of writing this, hundreds of courses are available, covering use of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows, and other Microsoft products!

Eligibility

Please note that the access code we have received from Microsoft can accommodate a limited number of users from Jacobs University, and is available only to employees. Do not share the code with unauthorized users: this violates Jacobs University's license agreement with Microsoft.

Program Registration

To gain initial access to the Microsoft E-Learning courses, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you don't have a Microsoft account yet, get one for free at https://signup.live.com/
  2. Use your Microsoft account to login at http://onlinelearning.microsoft.com/
  3. Use one of the Microsoft E-Learning Program Codes for Jacobs employees (requires employee login to teamwork) to "redeem a code" and get access to courses.
  4. You can add additional of the Microsoft E-Learning Program Codes for Jacobs employees in your profile to get access to more courses.

Course Access

To access your course at any time, please follow these steps:

  1. Use your Microsoft account to login at http://onlinelearning.microsoft.com/
  2. Browse courses
  3. Select one and start learning
