Problem with Qpilot Scans

 

Due to the troubleshooting process yesterday, we received a new Qpilot version from the vendor.

Unfortunately they missed to adapt/migrate the appropriate settings for scanning.

We already contacted the vendor to resolve this problem.

We will update this post when scanning is working again.

We are currently facing a problem with the qpilot printing service.

Our Internet connection is currently interrupted. Unfortunately the incident site is between University Bremen's connection to the DFN network and their next peers Hamburg and Hanover, so that we do not have a backup connection.
