What to do if something doesn't work as expected:

  1. Check Operational Announcements if this is a known or scheduled situation.
  2. Check Live System Status if a system failure is reported.
  3. RTFM: Read That Fine Manual, especially by consulting How Tos, FAQs, Known Errors, and other Documentation.
  4. Search for a solution within this site:
  5. Contact Service Desk for Faculty and Staff: Central contact point for all IT users at IUB in case of incidents or requests.

Server Maintenance Hours are 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month, from 15:00-16:00.

During these times, server operation is unreliable. You should expect unavailable servers and sudden downtimes of services without prior explicit announcement.
